WARRANTY COVERAGE AND DURATION

This coverage specifically addresses watches exhibiting symptoms of abnormal timekeeping, such as gaining or losing time. It encompasses servicing for issues related to the watch movement and manufacturing defects.

Our warranty covers the following aspects:

– Issues related to the watch movement.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Please note that our warranty does not extend to the following:
– Water or moisture damage.
– Any physical damage sustained by the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical component of the watch.
– Damage resulting from third-party servicing, which nullifies the warranty provided by DAJ Commerce.

Our limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by excessive wear and tear, or if the watch is used in conditions exceeding the manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Additionally, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.

EXCLUSIONS AND EXTERNAL DAMAGE
Excluded items from warranty coverage include:
– External wear-and-tear due to regular daily use.
– External damage affecting the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet/band, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical aspect of the watch.
– Defects resulting from external forces, improper use, or incidental damages from dropping or impacts.
– Lost or missing stones or gems on the outer portion of the watch or watch face.
– Any modifications conducted by external parties or third-party repair attempts that void the warranty.
– Damage incurred when the watch is used beyond the water resistance limits specified by the watch manufacturer.

WATER RESISTANCE NOTE
For watches labeled as water-resistant with a screw-down crown, it is imperative to ensure the crown is correctly screwed down at all times to prevent water damage within the stem. Any water damage is not covered under warranty by DAJ Commerce or any manufacturer.

RESOLUTION OF WARRANTY CLAIMS
DAJ Commerce retains the right to either repair or replace the product at our discretion, encompassing the cost of all necessary parts and labor during the warranty period.
