Return Eligibility Guidelines

Return Period:

Items can be returned or exchanged within a specified timeframe:

– Regular items: 30 days from the date of purchase.

– Pre-Owned items: 14 days from the date of purchase.

Condition Requirements:

Returned or exchanged items must meet these criteria:

– Must be in new and unused condition.

– Should be accompanied by their original packaging.

– All packing materials, including blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories, must be included.

Shipping and Tracking:

When returning items, please ensure the following:

– Utilize insured ground service (USPS or UPS) to ship the package.

– Provide a tracking number for the return shipment.

– Please note that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

– We recommend retaining the tracking information as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.

Return Refusal:

Please be aware that we maintain the right to decline a return under the following circumstances:

– Evidence of wear or usage on the item.

– Any missing parts or components.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At DAJ Commerce, we want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. To guide you through the process of returning or exchanging items, please review our policy below:

Obtaining Return & Exchange Product Authorization (REPA) Number:

Before returning an item, you must obtain a Return & ExchangeProduct Authorization (REPA) number. You can request an RPA number online by reaching out to us at contact@shopdaj.com. It’s important to note that issuance of an REPA number does not automatically guarantee a final decision, as all returns are subject to inspection. RPA numbers remain valid for a period of ten days.

Return Packaging Instructions:

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Place the original packaging within a shipping carton.
  2. Include the invoice and provide the reason for the return. If the item is defective, kindly specify the nature of the defect.
  3. Refrain from attaching stickers or shipping labels directly onto the original manufacturer’s package.
  4. Clearly write the RPA number on the shipping carton to prevent any potential refusal.

Return Timeframe:

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to exchange or return it for a refund. The timeline for this is as follows:

  • Regular items can be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment from our warehouse (excluding shipping and handling charges).
  • For Pre-Owned items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return Process & Costs:

All returns require a Return & Exchange Product Authorization (REPA) number issued by DAJ Commerce.

Please be aware that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

You can request an REPA number by sending an email to contact@shopdaj.com. For your return to be eligible, all components, accessories, security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition. This ensures the avoidance of refusal of returned merchandise or potential restocking fees (ranging from 10-25%) for items that are used or damaged.

Initial Shipping Cost Deduction:

As part of the return process, the initial shipping cost from ShopDaj to the customer will be deducted from the return amount.
